Sohani Withanage is a Sustainability Analyst at Adaptis, working closely with the operations team. She has obtained a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management at University of Waterloo. She brings in a wealth of professional and academic expertise in sustainability and circularity. Her previous roles were focused on construction Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) at the National Research Council Construction Research Center, and waste management and compliance within the Waste Resource Innovation Center at the City of Guelph. Additionally, her experience extends to sustainability education as an instructor at Conestoga College. At Adaptis, her role includes conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends and potential customers, stay updated on policies, regulations, and standards related to ESG and circular economy practices, and actively curate grant pipelines in collaboration with the Operations Team.
